We carefully select the finest beans, grown at the perfect altitude, at the correct time of year, in the best soil, and then picked at the right time. Our coffee is carefully packaged to ensure that it arrives fresh and ready to brew.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At FC Roast, we take pride in the quality of our coffee and want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. Our coffee is carefully packaged to ensure that it arrives fresh and ready to brew.With an emphasis on quality, our coffee goes through daily QC tests, and orders are dispatched on a roast-to-ship basis. With this in mind, we don't exchange or typically accept returns on coffee.If for any reason you are not satisfied,  please contact our team immediately at info@FCroast.co.uk
